It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that the Immigration Application be put together in a manner which will allow the Immigration Officer understand what it is you are trying to achieve, and also that it MEETS IMMIGRATION CRITERIA.

ANOTHER very IMPORTANT point......

If you have a B.1/B.2 Visa your application can be processed on FAST TRACK, and this takes approx. 14 days, whereas if you purchase a business and come to America with a Visa Waiver the application must be put in at the Embassy in London and there is no FAST TRACK available, therefore be prepared for a 12 week wait whilst your application is processed. Should you be considering purchasing in the next year or so, then it may be beneficial for you to applying for a B.1 B2 Visa. If so, please call us to discuss the merits of this.

We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use the services of an Immigration Consultant or Attorney. They are highly qualified and it is better for you to have someone who specializes in this field, rather than just pay for the services of an unqualified person to put in an application. We are happy to make a recommendation if you wish. The consultant we recommend has had a very high success rate, which is obviously very important to both the Buyer and the Seller.
